Issue 18 is wrapped around the notion of institutional collaboration, and thus celebrates OUM’s long-standing collaborative relationship with Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. This first issue of 2023 is also something of a bumper issue featuring not one, but two interviews with illustrious personalities in online, distance, and digital education, besides debuting the “From the VC’s Office” column, which from now on will serve as a direct channel for the President/Vice-Chancellor of OUM to share his thoughts on matters that matter to the industry.
